Bob Bornstein has been in the Recruiting business since 1981 and started his own company, Bornstein & Associates, Inc. in 1983. Areas of specialization include all aspects of design and manufacturing engineering as well as operations and manufacturing management positions for a variety of manufacturing companies. He has helped dozens of local and national companies by finding them highly qualified talent to meet their critical staffing needs, and has helped hundreds of individuals find quality, high paying jobs.

Bob is also a retired Major in the Air Force Reserve. His 12+ years of active duty experience includes assignments to Aerospace Defense Command and Tactical Air Command locations as a Weapons Controller, Weapons Director, Senior Director, and Instructor/Evaluator for those positions at various Manual, SAGE, and BUIC facilities, and finally with the E-3 AWACS at Tinker AFB, OK. Major Bornstein’s reserve service concluded in 1996 after almost eight years as the Operations Officer for the Oklahoma County Director of Emergency Management.

In addition to recruiting, Mr. Bornstein runs an internet based e-commerce marketing and distribution business, is Founder and President of the Sooner Golden Retriever Rescue, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1986 for the purpose of finding good homes for homeless Golden Retrievers, is a past Vice President of the Oklahoma City chapter of the Oklahoma Association of Personnel Consultants and is a free lance writer and speaker on business and other related topics. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from California State University, Northridge.
